HOW WAS IT STARTED?
  • All data was stored and managed in Excel spreadsheets, negatively affecting work efficiency
  • Manually processing a large number of applications from Telegram, Instagram, direct client payments and the website took a lot of time and often resulted in errors
  • There was a need to automate the import of applications from the website to the CRM system to efficiently and promptly handle client requests
  • It was necessary to automate the process of enrolling new participants in courses on Moodle Cloud
  • It was important for the client to be able to generate payment links through the CRM and track changes in the status of these payments
  • Considering the use of the Webinar Stars platform for webinars, there was a request to optimize the application collection process by automatically transferring them to the CRM system
WHAT WAS IMPLEMENTED?
RESULT:
  • Successfully implemented NetHunt CRM and configured all integrations to ensure contacts automatically enter the system with minimal manager involvement
  • The problem of automatic course participant creation in Moodle was resolved by integrating with Moodle Cloud:
    — After paying for the course, participants receive a link to a form, with the data then transferred to Google Sheets
    — Customer information is automatically uploaded to NetHunt CRM using a special Google Apps Script developed exclusively for this project
    — In the final stage, the manager checks the data and fills in all the required fields. The contact is then considered a course participant
  • Additional communication channels, including Telegram and Instagram, were connected to NetHunt CRM, increasing customer satisfaction by promptly responding to their inquiries and needs
  • A unified process for the handling of applications in the CRM system has been created to optimize workflows and improve the efficiency of customer interactions
  • Automatic importing into the CRM system of information on applications coming from the landing page, course registration form, and the Webinar Stars platform was set up
  • An Instagram chatbot has been connected via the SendPulse service, making it easier for managers to handle standard customer queries
  • Training was conducted for employees on using the CRM and interacting with the configured integrations: Moodle, Webinar Stars, Google Sheets, and others
