  • The transition to a new CRM required an extremely careful approach, preserving the primary data
  • It was essential for the customer to regularly monitor various performance indicators of their business. However, the use of Excel to fill out the reports required a lot of effort and time, and often led to errors

Setting up reports in Looker Data Studio (Google Data Studio)
RESULT:
  • Successfully transferred the database from Bitrix24 to NetHunt CRM, preserving all primary information and settings
  • Configured complex reports in Looker Studio, including the integration of various sales-related modules into a single report. Different modules were developed for each product line in the system
  • Formulas were developed in Looker Studio to merge data from different CRM modules into a single table and products into a single column. This allowed for detailed analysis tailored to the client's specific needs
  • Configured automated reports in Looker Studio to facilitate monitoring and analysis of key business performance indicators
  • Created individual workspaces for managers by separating different products into separate modules. This allows the system to display only the modules necessary for each individual's work
