Questions we hear most often.

We already have a CRM, but it never took off. Do you rebuild from scratch?

No, we don't rush to tear everything down. First we run an audit to see why the system isn't working: often it's not the platform itself, but how it was set up for your processes and whether the team was trained. In most cases it's more cost-effective to fix the existing system than to pay for a fresh implementation. Every second client comes to us after a failed project with another vendor, so this scenario is routine for us. And if the system genuinely can't handle your tasks, we'll say so honestly and show what to change and why.

Zoho or Odoo — which should I choose for an online store?

It depends on your model, not on our preferences. If omnichannel sales, marketing and service are the priority, we usually recommend Zoho: it launches fast and covers most ecommerce tasks. If you also need deep inventory, accounting, purchasing and finance alongside sales, Odoo ERP is the fit: a full ERP for an online store or retail chain, in the cloud or on your own server. We're a multi-vendor integrator, so we don't “sell a license” — on a consultation we review your processes and tell you honestly which platform pays off faster.

Which websites, marketplaces and carriers do you integrate with?

That's one of our strengths. We connect your store on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Magento, marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Etsy, carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS, plus telephony, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. Orders from every channel land in one system automatically, and statuses and shipping labels update without manual copying. If a service you use has an API — we'll connect that too; we take the complex integrations on ourselves.

How much does it cost and how long does implementation take?

Cost depends on the scope, so we quote it after a short audit of your processes — no numbers pulled from thin air. We work in short 1–2 week sprints with demos: you see results along the way, not “in six months or so”.
