- Thanks to the automation of the offboarding process, it was possible to streamline the task delegation and reduce the risk of document loss during employee terminations
- We have streamlined leave management processes by introducing the ability to automatically fill out leave forms, required documents, calculate the number of days, and more
- We added the flexibility to customize access rights for each role in the system, allowing the definition of available functions and information for employees with different tasks
- A broad set of tools for employee evaluation, training, and development has been integrated
- The compensation management process has been streamlined. Costs for individual employees or entire departments are automatically registered, reducing the chance of inaccuracies and mistakes due to human factors
