OVERVIEW
JayBee required a structured CRM environment to manage client relationships, internal workflows and project invoicing in a consistent way. Before the implementation, several processes were handled manually or across different tools, which made it difficult to maintain a clear overview of projects, services delivered and invoicing. CRMiUM supported the implementation of a customized Zoho environment that accurately maps JayBee's internal processes while remaining flexible enough to evolve with their operations.

IMPLEMENTATION
CRMiUM supported the implementation and structuring of the Zoho environment, including CRM configuration, workflows, automation and system integrations across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and Zoho Books. A customized invoicing setup was developed to reflect JayBee's internal project and billing structure, connecting clients, mandates and invoices within one system and allowing clearer documentation and coordination of activities. Custom applications and workflows were developed in Zoho Creator and several adjustments were implemented in Zoho Books to support project-based billing logic. Services delivered within a project can now be allocated and tracked directly in the system, allowing them to flow into the invoicing process in a structured and transparent way.
RESULTS
  • The system now provides a much clearer overview of client activities, projects and invoicing
  • Processes are more structured and time-consuming manual steps have been significantly reduced
  • The allocation of services to projects is now clearly traceable
  • Project-related services are clearly visible, ensuring that invoicing reflects the actual work performed
