- The company used Zoho People HRMS but was limited by basic configurations
- A large amount of data was stored in Excel, slowing down information processing and often leading to errors
- A significant issue was the absence of a unified system for managing employee data, client information, invoices, and payroll
- There was a need to establish the ability to create financial reports (P&L and others) based on data from Zoho People

- By creating and configuring various forms for tracking different income and expenses (Insurance, Compensation Request, Expenses request, Overtime report, Stamnby Report, etc.), we were able to eliminate the need for external documents and systems and structure everything within CRM
